University of Southern California freshman star Onyeka Okongwu has decided to declare for the NBA Draft after a great freshmen season. Onyeka is currently one of the top prospects in the 2020 NBA Draft class. He is currently ranked the 6th overall prospect in the ESPN Top 100. If all goes well leading up to the NBA Draft, we should be hearing Onyeka name in the lottery.
During his freshman season at USC, Onyeka averaged 16.2 PPG, 8.6 RPG, & 2.7 BPG to help lead the Trojans to an overall record of 22-9 (11-7 in conference play). The season included seasons highs of 33 points vs. Pepperdine, 14 rebounds vs. Oregon, & 8 blocks vs. Florida A&M. His performance earned Okongwu a spot on the 2020 All-Pac-12 First Team roster.
